No More Neighbor

Excellent news! The time period for appeal has passed and I no longer have to fear my crazy neighbor.

ARC Meeting

I spent a few hours at the mind numbing Architectural Review Committee. The short story is that they approved our plan.

However, our lunatic neighbor can now appeal. His complaints are completely without merit (the committee members looked dumbfounded). But, that won't stop him. He loves persecuting me.
